ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Machining:
Steel, stainless steel, copper, etc.
→ turning:
- traditional → diameter 630 mm, length 2500 mm,
- digital control → diameter 500 mm, length 1500 mm.
→ milling: 2000 mm boring in x, small and medium series possible on machining center and milling machine in numerical control. With longer delays we can increase our capacities. So we can work on parts with a diameter of 1200 mm and a length of 6000 mm for turning.
Foundry parts:
Cast iron, steel, lead, bronze.
Treatment :
Nitriding.
Inside or surface hardening.
Induction hardening.
Special coatings:
Anti wear → tungsten carbide.
Non-adhesive → PTFE (teflon).
Anti acid → Hard rubber type ebonite.
Machining and molding in plastic material: type PEH, nylon, Teflon, production of parts in composite material, etc.
Mechanically welded assembly:
Small boilermaking, piping as well as locksmithing.
Capacity: about 3 tonnes.
Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders:
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
Cutting:
Laser, EDM.
